Start by looking at the MQTT message and locate the RSSI value in it. This is the signal strength as seen from the ThermIQ. A value below -80 will be problematic.
a value of -75 or higher is good. Having a wifi-router closer is the best option.Meassures I’ve done with ThermIQ inside gives a wifi range of about 10m.
