Thermiq and Thermia warranty

    Hi,

    I just had my Duo Optimun installed yesterday and setting up a monitoring and logging system is now needed. Thermiq looks like a fine choice.

    Does installing Thermiq void the Thermia warranty ? I know you have a disclaimer on Thermiq, but what about Thermia ? (Any official comment from Thermia ?)

    Can the data read by Thermiq be collected to a database (like mysql) ?

    I’m sorry if these questions were answered elsewhere in this forum because my Swedish is very limited… :)

    ThermIQ is not only a fine choice, it’s the best!!

    Installing ThermIQ does not, to my knowledge, void any warranty nor can it be detected if later removed. There are no official awareness from Thermia about ThermIQ but they are a customer of mine :-). The disclaimer is valid, we can or will not guarantee anything else than the ThermIQ itself.

    The database IS sqlite, you can do any kind of own queries towards it, please share any good stuff…

    Hi,

    I contacted my reseller and they contacted Thermia Finland on this issue. I received an answer from Thermia which said that using Thermiq does _not_ void the Thermia warranty.
